Direct Save Telecom create jobs at Birmingham contact centre

direct.save.telecom.uk.logo.2014Telecommunications provider Direct Save Telecom have announced that the company will create 150 jobs over the next year after opening a new contact centre in Birmingham City Centre.

The contact centre opened last month which 20 sales agents with the additional jobs being filled by July/August/August 2015.

Adam Logie, Telesales Manager at Direct Save Telecom commented, “I see this as a watershed moment for Direct Save in terms of expansion and building our customer base. Birmingham and the surrounding area represents a massive catchment area, which means this is a huge opportunity for increased sales and growth.”

Chief Executive Officer Stavros Tsolakis commented, “This expansion has been in the pipeline for some time. We chose Birmingham as we see it as England’s second city with an excellent catchment area that fits exactly with our target demographic.”
