Dialect Announces Partnership with SVL and Omningage

Dialect announces partnership with SVL and Omningage to create bespoke service for Global FinTech Market

FinTech specialist BPO Dialect Communications has launched an innovative partnership with two Contact Centre software specialists, SVL and Omningage, to revolutionise the Financial Technology outsourced space.

To better serve the FinTech market, the three organisations have created a new bespoke customer experience solution that, crucially, supports end users with multilingual capacity.

Dialect has quickly developed a huge reputation as a niche CX service provider to new and growing Fintech businesses around the world

The partnership of the three allows innovative and speedy development of the latest software and technologies on a consumption basis, making Dialect a front runner providing CX support in the fast-evolving FinTech space in a way no other new-start company could previously afford.

Laura Scott, COO of Dialect said,

“Our management’s personal expertise in the  the Fintech industry is unrivalled in the BPO market-place and we bring a wealth of experience in the industry as well as in delivering exceptional customer experience. This knowledge has rubbed off on our  advisors, who are fully versed in the unique demands of dealing with clients and their end users. We wanted to ensure the technology we use matches that expertise and we were delighted to partner with two industry experts.”

The development of an Amazon Connect CCaaS solution was the best choice for Dialect, but their need for a bespoke platform came to the attention of Omningage and SVL.

Ahmad Nizami, Founder & CTO of Omningage commented,

“It’s a real pleasure to bring the Omningage dashboard to Dialect’s service in such an effective way, to create a truly layered and innovative customer experience solution,”

Dialect is short-listed for “most innovative upcoming new technology or service set to revolutionise the payments sector” at FinTech Live 2022, a real testimony to their success.

SVL’s Debbie Bicker said,

“It’s a real pleasure to work with Dialect. They have exploded iInto the FinTech BPO space and bringing them a scalable, CCaaS product which will constantly evolve to be the best in the market will expand their reach to new levels”
