South Yorkshire based contact centre outsource company CC33 have announced it is to recruit an additional 400 contact centre agents after securing outsource contacts during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The 400 jobs, which will be based at their Rotherham and Sheffield contact centres, include roles in management, telesales and customer service.
Commenting on the recruitment drive, Paul Fletcher, Managing Director and Founder of CC33, said,
