NRG is delighted to support The North West Contact Centre Awards programme for the 5th consecutive year. These awards are firmly established as ‘the’ benchmark for ‘excellence’ within the North West Contact Centre Sector (UK) organised by CallNorthWest.
The North East Contact Centre community has, for the past 5 years supported the North West in providing a panel of judges for the annual North West regional awards. On Thursday, June 16th NRG were joined at their Grey Street Head Quarters by 30 senior contact centre managers from the region to form the phase 1 judging panel. Representatives from some of the largest contact centres in the North of England such as Virgin Money, Tesco Bank, TSB and Axa spent a full day scoring nominations to decide a shortlist of finalists to go through to the next round – face to face judging. Categories include Agent of the Year, Best Customer Experience Programme and Contact Centre of the Year and the winners will be announced at a Gala Dinner in Manchester in November.
