Silver Line, a help line aimed at Older citizens who need assistance or even just someone to talk to set up by Esther Rantzen ,is set to be run by Blackpool based operator Flyde Coast Medical Services (FCMS
The helpline, originally piloted in selected in Greater Manchester and the Isle of Man, will be rolled out nationally from November and will create 100 new positions at the Blackpool site.
Commenting on the agreement Vicky Noon of Flyde Cost Medical Services confirmed to contact-centres.com that the recruitment process is underway with open days being held 13th and 20th August.
