Senior Appointments at eg Solutions – New management team focused on delivering profitable growth and enhanced shareholder value –

eg solutions plc, the back office workforce optimisation software company, has made three new strategic appointments to its sales, marketing and customer delivery teams. The new appointments will strengthen further the senior management team within the company establishing a robust platform for growth.

Kuljit Bawa has been appointed VP of Sales

Kuljit started his career joining the founding team at Staffware plc, the workflow company where he held various sales and management roles, including Global Sales Director. Following Staffware’s acquisition by Tibco, Kuljit went on to hold a number of senior positions within the industry including Columbia Systems and latterly at McLaren Software as VP Global Sales. He joined eg Solutions in October 2013.

Tim Taylor has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer

Tim Taylor has also been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer. With a background in marketing, sales and business development, Tim brings a wealth of experience in B2B software application marketing having held senior positions with McLaren Software, Autodesk, Bentley Systems and Dell.

Chris Harman who been appointed as Head of Customer Operations

The third key appointment is that of Chris Harman who has joined eg as Head of Customer Operations. Formerly Senior Operations Manager at Deloitte, Chris has worked in financial services for over 25 years and more recently in the retail sector.
