Interactive Intelligence is currently seeking a Field Marketing Manager for UK and Ireland responsible for their World leading, award winning cloud contact centre products and services.

inin.logo_.image_.20151The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for creating increased awareness in the market, communicating and driving Interactive Intelligence’s strategies, messages, and solutions to key target audiences. Working in a fast paced environment this role requires a result-oriented, highly energetic and agile person who understands industry drivers and is focused on smart execution of corporate and local campaigns, programs and initiatives.

A critical success factor is to collaborate closely with and support the UK/Ireland sales team leveraging Corporate Marketing campaigns, Digital Automation and Content to develop and execute a variety of campaigns and tactics that tie to near and long term company objectives and sales quotas.

The role requires a strong ability to identify and engage with target audiences via communication and other channels and tactics. Another important aspect of this role is to apply best channel marketing practices to increase pipeline through productive relationships with partner companies.

Major Responsibilities/Activities

o Evaluates, plans and executes all marketing activity across the region that spans across

– Integrated digital campaigns and Social Media management

– Placement of Content through 3rd parties and via Advertising

– Tradeshows, Exhibitions, Events, Webinars & Seminars

– Public Relations programs (including the management of a PR agency)

– Coordination of customer, prospect and partner communication

– Generation of a pipeline of high value contacts and targets to accelerate conversion to opportunities

o Ensures that branding and messaging is aligned to corporate guidelines

o Actively engages with customers and partners to produce case studies

o Drives partner marketing enablement and MDF utilization

o Manages the Territory sub-budget

o Sharing best practice with other Field Marketing Managers in EMEA and collaborating closely with the UK lead generation team, maintaining strong relationships with Head of EMEA Marketing and Corporate Marketing


Minimum Requirements:

o Solid years of proven B2B marketing experience in the ICT sector in a similar role with hands on operational experience in a field marketing function.

o BA/BS or appropriate higher education equivalent

o Demonstrable  track record in digital marketing and communications and ability to drive successful initiatives

o Energetic and driven to experiment frequently applying agile marketing principles to exceed defined targets.

0 Entrepreneurship and Creativity – Demonstrating a creative can do attitude in a rapid–changing environment

o Business & Technical Knowledge – Understanding and utilizing economic, financial, and industry data to accurately diagnose business strengths and weaknesses; identifying key issues and developing strategies and plans

o Customer/External Orientation – Cultivating strategic customer, vendor and association relationships, be they internal or external, to ensure the customer perspective is the driving force behind all value-added business activities.

0 Experience with sales and marketing automation technology and business-related social media platforms, including, but not limited to: Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, Linkedin, strongly preferred

0 Knowledge of telecommunications industry (Contact Centre, IVR, PBX, CTI, ACD) an advantage.

0 Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to engage with technical and C-Level business decision makers.

0 Exceptional time and project management skills with the ability to multitask required.

0 Experience negotiating and executing with vendors and external suppliers

0 Based in a commutable distance from Slough, Berkshire.
