Ventrica Adds Top Talent to Commercial Function

Ventrica, the Southend-on-Sea based outsource contact centre, is delighted to announce the appointment of two highly respected members of the CX community to help deliver ambitious growth plans.

Stuart Gunnarsson joins as Ventrica’s new Commercial Director bringing with him over 28 years in the BPO/CX Contact Centre industry.

Stuart has an extensive global network having worked in the UK, Ireland, India, Philippines, United States, South Africa, and more recently Portugal helping drive forward a range of highly respected businesses including Teleperformance and EE.

Also joining the commercial function in the role of Business Development Executive is another well-known face in the Industry, Anna Marie Breslin.

Like Stuart, Anna brings almost 30 years of experience to Ventrica and is a seasoned industry consultant who has a wealth of knowledge about business transformation and the huge benefits of outsourcing.
