Leading Retailer Marks & Spencer have announced a recruitment drive at their Runcorn contact centre to handle Calls on their product range and customer queries.

marks.spencer.image.oct.2016The contact centre agent recruitment drive is being handled by Recruitment Consultants, Search Consultancy on behalf of Capita who M&S outsource their operation to and are for part time and full time positions with flexible shift patterns being offered leading up to Christmas.

Search Consultancy’s managing director for England Debbie Caswell said:
