The largest awards programme that recognises contact centre talent in the UK is now OPEN and accepting entries. Organisers, the CCMA (Call Centre Management Association), have added several new categories, including Sales Team Manager of the Year, Most Effective Way of Working and Best Apprenticeship.
This years programme also welcomes nominations for Best Approach to Supporting Vulnerable Customers to recognise organisations that are demonstrably supporting customers with additional needs or vulnerabilities.
The UK National Contact Centre Awards is the largest awards programme that recognises contact centre talent in the UK, with CCMA members being able to enter for free. The online process is simple and there is plenty of support from the awards team. The deadline to enter is Friday 23 February 2024.
