SVL have announced that they have been awarded NICE EMEA contact centre analytics partner for 2020.
NICE annually distribute awards to their European partners for exceptional achievement and this year SVL was granted the analytics award. The award was collected by Enterprise Manager Steven Perrins who was given the accolade for work delivering the ground-breaking artificial intelligence-based analytics capabilities of NICE Enlighten AI to a top ten UK bank.
