New simplified FourNet portfolio gives public sector buyers streamlined access to cloud communications, cybersecurity and support
Customer experience, AI, cybersecurity and network transformation specialists FourNet have secured a place on the government’s £14 billion G-Cloud 15 framework, giving public sector organisations access to a range of services spanning cloud communications, contact centres, networking, cybersecurity and support.
The new framework, which has now gone live, provides central and local government, the NHS, emergency services and other public sector bodies with a route to buy FourNet’s services through the online Digital Marketplace.
FourNet has brought its capabilities together into a focused catalogue designed to make it easier for buyers to find the services they need.
The listings give customers access to solutions from across FourNet’s best-in-class technology partners, with ongoing support throughout the contract.

FourNet’s portfolio comprises SD-WAN, Secure Network Access, Agile Meeting Rooms, Agile Voice, Agile UC³, Cloud Contact Centre, CX & Service Analytics, Protect endpoint detection and response, and Cloud Support. The services are listed across two framework lots covering cloud hosting, software as a service and cloud support.
Managed by the Government Commercial Agency, G-Cloud 15 is the first iteration of the framework to operate under the UK Procurement Act 2023. It allows procurement both with and without further competition across all lots, subject to the framework’s buying procedures.

The open framework is designed to run for up to four years, with periodic reopenings for suppliers. G-Cloud 14 remains available until 28 October 2026, providing an overlap for public sector buyers.
