First Contact Create Jobs at Newcastle Contact Centre

Newcastle outsource company First Contact Group have announced plans to create up to 500 jobs by early 2017 at their contact centre with 200 positions now available for immediate start.

first.contact.group.image.july.2016The growth of the Newcastle Outsourcer comes after increase demand from their clients to include Scottish Power, Spark Energy and Utilita Energy.

Neil Wilson, First Contact Group Director (Pictured Centre), commented on the announcement,

“This year has been an extremely busy one for us as we see continued growth amid strong demand for our services, particularly around our energy-focused contact centre operations,” he said.

“We are bucking the contact centre trend and retaining our staff, actively recruiting for enthusiastic and motivated people who are keen to build a career in a relaxed, friendly and flexible working environment.

“I want to create an environment that people actually enjoy coming to work and see it as a career not just a job.”

First Contact Group have reported sales rise by 50% in the last two months and is on target to achieve their ambitious turnover target of £20m turnover by 2017 across their contact centres in Newcastle and Livingston, Scotland.
