ec.outsourcing.aimee.deboarah.image.june.2017Growing North East contact centre EC Outsourcing has made two senior appointments to its team, as it continues to grow into new territories.

The Boldon-based sales and acquisition specialist has appointed a new Marketing Manager and Head of Learning and Development to its continually expanding workforce. With a turnover of £6.5m last financial year, and on target for a £10m turnover for the coming year, these key appointments have come at a vital time for the company.

Having doubled its workforce in 2016, EC has rapidly expanded since launching back in 2014, firmly claiming its position as a leader in the outsourcing industry. EC’s staff count now approaches 300, with opportunity for more jobs to be created in the region following new and emerging partnerships with some leading names in a variety of industries.

Marketing Manager Aimee Clifton (Pictured Left) has been appointed to support the company through its rapid growth and acquisition strategy, solidifying and leading the brand into new areas of business.

Aimee, who joins the company from Newcastle’s Winn Solicitors, said:

“Undeterred by its longer standing rivals, EC already has a strong and consistent brand that has helped cement its position as a growing and credible contender in the world of North East contact centres.

“The company offers a lot in terms of supporting regional growth and providing excellent employment opportunities in Sunderland, Tyneside and the surrounding areas, and I’m keen to expand on its already significant success.”

Deborah Keirl (PIctured Right) joins EC as Head of Learning and Development, having already had an impressive career with some leading names including software giant Sage. Bringing with her a wealth of experience and expertise obtained through designing and developing robust sales training both nationally and internationally, the company is excited about the fresh and diverse approach Deborah will bring to the role.

Deborah said: “I was attracted to EC due to its unique commercial approach and commitment to its workforce; it’s refreshing to see a company execute such investment in its people.

“I look forward to developing and evolving training and development practices, and helping to shape the direction of staff growth.”

The company is set to flourish throughout 2017, gearing up for further contract wins spanning a variety of different sectors.
