Contact Centre Jobs – Home improvements firm Entu Group have announced the creation of 100 new contact centre jobs in their new contact centre in Dundee.
Amanda Docherty, Marketing Divisional Manager for Entu Group, said the firm is hoping to capitalise on the student population.
“It’s a great investment for us. Being from Dundee myself, I have based a lot of my offices around the city and because Dundee folk are so great, we are looking to open another contact centre here.“here is a lot of big investment going on in Dundee just now with the Waterfront development and that is going to attract a lot more people to the city. There is also already a lot of students that come here.“Under 25s at the moment don’t have many job prospects when they leave school, college or university, so we tend to get them through our doors, and whether it is for six months or six years, we believe that we have something to offer them.”
