BT Announce Apprenticeship Roles at Newcastle Contact Centre

bt.logo.2015.448.224BT have announced that they are recruiting for 30 Customer service apprenticeships at their customer contact centre in Gosforth, Newcastle.

The customer service apprentices will form part of a rapidly developing operation dealing with customer issues including enquiries about BT Sport, superfast fibre broadband and mobile communications.
