AXA Announce Recruitment Drive at Derry Contact Centre

AXA have announced the creation of 80 new customer service agent positions at their Derry contact centre with recruitment starting immediately.

axa.insurance.image.may.2016The contact centre will see staff levels rise to 300 agents and will be utilised to support the company’s customer service, claims and sales operations.

Colm McGrattan, Executive Director of sales and distributions at AXA, said:

“Our Derry customer contact centre has proven to be an excellent strategic investment by AXA. It efficiently services the company’s business operations across the island of Ireland while at the same time building on Axe’s strong presence with 15 branches across Northern Ireland.”

A spokesperson said: “AXA are looking for enthusiastic and friendly people who can provide great service for our customers. Full training, flexible shift patterns and a competitive salary will be offered.”
