Europa Contact Centre Appoints Head of Sales to Drive Growth – Europa Contact Centre has made in its first major appointment since the business came into being last year.
John Cole has been appointed as Head of Sales and will be working alongside the management team to assist with the ongoing development, ensuring Europa Contact Centre is operating at the highest standard.
John brings 15 years of experience working across a range of outsourced contact centres, including his previous role as a Business Development Manager for CCA international. John knows that successful client/outsourcer relationships are built around delivering on promises, working in tandem with clients and innovative value-added servicing.
Europa Contact Centre was created in 2019, when Europa Worldwide Group acquired some of the trade and assets of Menzies Response, including the Ashford based outsource contact centre, which it then renamed. With continuing investment in ‘best of breed’ technology, people and training and development, it is seen as a key part of the Europa Worldwide Group growth strategy.

The brand-new role was created to focus on bringing new customers aboard and ensure the division is reaching its full potential. In his new role John is working closely with Alison Flannery, General Manager of Europa Contact Centre, who has over 20 years’ experience, and shares John’s passion for service excellence. Together they will focus on continuous and innovative improvements to ensure the delivery of high quality, helpful and efficient servicing.
