Marks & Spencer Recruitment at Runcorn Contact Centre

marks.spencer.logo.2015Marks & Spencer have announced the creation of 380 jobs in Runcorn with the opening of a new contact centre.
The contact centre, which will be sited within the 02 in Preston Brook, will house the new staff who will handle mostly inbound customer service calls and will be offered both full time and part time contracts with flexible working periods.

National recruitment agency Search Consultancy will be handle the recruitment drive.

Walton Council leader Cllr Rob Polhill welcomed the announcement. He commented,

“This is great news. We are really pleased, we have a lot of people in Runcorn and Widnes who are highly experienced in this industry. I don’t think they will have any trouble recruiting. It is wonderful to see a company of this calibre choosing to come to Halton.”

The Recruitment programme has started and will run 24th August 2015.

Marks & Spencer are offering both full and part time agent positions together with full training and flexible working periods.
