New Call Telecom, a phone and broadband provider, have announced the creation of 100 jobs over the next 2 years at the Company’s contact centre.
The company, who originally has their contact centre based in India, announced the job boost on the back of financial backing which will enable New Call to develop its customer service operation.
Chief executive Mr Nigel Eastwood “We started off with 15 people and now we are approaching 100. We’re now nearing our two-year anniversary and over the next two years we should be passing the 200 mark.
