Happy Christmas and a Happy, if not better, New Year;
To say that 2020 has been ‘challenging’ for the UK contact centre industry would be somewhat of an understatement.
During these unprecedented times the contact centre industry has yet again become resilient, creative and in true British spirit, ‘carried on’ serving the nation.
Virtually overnight contact centres were asked to comply with Government guidelines in the workplace, social distancing, then asked to give agents the option of working remotely; All completed and implemented as though it was an ‘everyday’ occurance.
My sincere thanks to everyone in our industry – you’ve done us proud yet again.
