Fiona Bruce, journalist and presenter, will be hosting the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) for a second year after an outstanding performance in 2016.
“As our host at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards in 2016, Fiona understands the need for organisations to deliver great customer experiences,” said Ann-Marie Stagg, Chair of the ECCCSA Judges. “These awards recognise the hard work that goes into initiatives and building best practice by leaders and their teams and we are thrilled that Fiona has once again agreed to host the ECCCSAs in 2017.”
“When I was asked to host the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards for a second year I didn’t hesitate to say ‘yes’,” said Fiona. “Like everyone, I experience great customer service and, from time to time, I get a taste of a shocking customer experience. The work that the ECCCSAs do is important in showcasing achievements in this area, and in sharing stories that help others improve.”
Contact centre and customer service professionals from across Europe will be welcomed to Evolution in Battersea Park on Tuesday 28 November 2017 for this year’s ECCCSAs. Join Fiona Bruce, and a surprise global celebrity guest, at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service awards.
