The European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards entry deadline is only two weeks away – closing on Friday 19 July. But don’t worry, that still leaves you with plenty of time!
If you haven’t yet started your entries, please follow these easy steps:
1. Register or log in to your account to start your nominations
2. Start an entry by selecting your category and filling in the fields. You can print your drafts as PDFs to share them internally for feedback
3. You can start as many entries as you like – this year we have discounts on multiple entries, saving you over £300 (approx. €350). For more information on costs, Click Here
4. Submit your entry to add it to your cart
5. To complete the entry process, process your entries in the shopping cart
6. You can continue to add and edit your entries right up until midnight on Friday 19 July.
