VeriCall, the contact centre outsourcer from Kirkcaldy Fife, has gone into liquidation, leading to staff redundancies.
Vericall, who was founded in 2017 by Adam Taylor, specialised in subscription sales and customer service for many clients to include a major energy supplier.
An administrator has been appointed but at this early sage it is unclear if the contact centre or jobs can be saved.
