Stagecoach, the UK’s largest bus and coach operator, have officially opened their new flagship contact centre within their Headquarters in Perth, Scotland
The contact centre, officially opened 19th May 2022, will provide its customers with one point of contact from timetables to smartcards, lost proprery to feedback and employs over 60 new customer service advisors and team leaders.
