European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2019 are now open for entries

– ECCCSAs open for entries on 3 May and close on 12 July 2019
– The greatest awards programme in the European customer contact industry
– The largest awards with 19 countries participating in 2018 and over 1200 people celebrating at the awards evening
– Enter before 14 June to take advantage of an early bird offer

Hailed the greatest awards in the customer contact industry, the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2019 are now taking nominations. Being an ECCCSA (pronounced EKSA) winner is a prestigious accolade that has proven to raise the profile of the contact centre operation, its capabilities and its stars.

Ann-Marie Stagg, Chair of the Judges, says:

“Every year those that enter tell us what a rewarding experience it is. The process that they go through with our panel of expert judges is exceptional, giving them constructive feedback and the ability to benchmark their operation, project or team, whether they are a winner or not. Of course, we don’t just recognise one champion, we award a Bronze, Silver and Gold winner for every category.”

The ECCCSAs are now accepting entries online at via the ECCCSA website until Friday 12 July 2019 and have an early bird offer available until Friday 14 June 2019.

“There are five new categories this year: Most Effective Digital Customer Experience, Most Effective Management of Peak Demand, Best Customer Engagement Initiative, Giving Something Back and Best New Contact Centre. The new categories are in response to feedback from customer contact professionals across Europe.”

Nominations for the ECCCSAs 2019 open on Friday 3 May 2019 and will be presented at a prestigious Awards Evening hosted by Fiona Bruce, TV presenter and journalist, on Tuesday 26 November 2019 at Evolution, Battersea Park, London.
