300 new contact centre jobs are set to be created by Irish-owned company Uniquely in Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow by the end of 2025, contributing to economic growth and innovation.
The development was highlighted this week at a reception in Liverpool as part of the first annual UK-Ireland Summit hosted by Prime Minister Keir Starmer and attended by Irish Taoiseach Micheál Martin.
The event showcased the world-class talent on both sides of the Irish Sea and celebrated the deep ties between the people and cultures of the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Despite the challenges in trade posed by Brexit, the UK remains Ireland’s biggest trading partner in Europe.

At the end of 2023, the company announced the creation of over 100 new jobs in the North-East region of Ireland and further plans to expand its footprint both in Ireland and new markets.
