Sainsbury’s Bank Opens Rosyth Contact Centre

Sainsburys Bank has officially opened its new customer service contact centre at Caledonia House in Rosyth.

It also and follows the purchase by J Sainsbury plc of the Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) 50% share of Sainsbury’s Bank in 2014.

About 125 staff who previously worked for Lloyds Banking Group in nearby Pitreavie have relocated to Caledonia House in Rosyth.

They have joined existing Sainsburys Bank staff with more to come through relocations which will put the eventual staffing at Caledonia House up to about 300.
