– More than 1,300 people to attend the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards evening
– Follows a significant uplift in nominations from 24 European countries
– Winners will be announced in 32 categories on Tuesday 26 November 2019
The biggest ever gathering of customer contact professionals in Europe will take place next week at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2019 in London. Renowned as the customer contact industry’s most prestigious awards programme organisers are expecting over 1,300 people to attend the awards evening.
Gold, Silver and Bronze winners will be announced across 32 categories on Tuesday 26 November 2019.
Organisations from 24 countries entered the awards this year and as Russell Wilson, Head of Group Contact Centres for the Markerstudy Group, said in a recent interview:

Guests with tickets are invited to arrive from 18:30 for the drinks reception before being called into dinner at 19:30; which is a real highlight of the evening. After dinner the winners will be announced before dancing into the evening or joining the fun on the dodgems.
