Calabrio Continues Public Sector Momentum with StateRAMP & TX-RAMP Certifications

Calabrio, the workforce performance company, announced at Customer Contact Week (CCW) its StateRAMP and TX-RAMP certifications of Calabrio GovSuite.

These certifications add to Calabrio’s existing Federal Risk and Authorisation Management Programme (FedRAMP) authorisation, confirming their dedication to meeting the stringent security standards required by federal, state and local government agencies.

The new StateRAMP certification allows Calabrio to offer its secure, cloud-based solutions to government agencies in 27 states, such as Florida, Texas, and California. TX-RAMP, a more rigorous, state-specific certification, improves Calabrio’s capacity to work with government entities based in Texas.
