Business Systems Ltd appoints Andrew Jacobs as Managing Director

Business Systems Ltd has announced the promotion of Andrew Jacobs to Managing Director. Andrew will lead the company as it continues to drive forward its strategic growth in the contact centre sector.

Having served as Chief Architect and successfully managing the company’s operational and technical functions, Andrew is now responsible for the overall direction and success of Business Systems, reporting to CEO Mike Wardell.

For over 35 years, Business Systems has assisted clients with implementing scalable, customised communications solutions to drive growth and enhance both customer experience and compliance. This includes delivering vendor-neutral solutions, such as CCaaS and CX Management, AI and Automation, Workforce Engagement Management, and compliance technology.
