80s Singing Legends Swap Stage to take calls in Contact Centre

A group of 80s singing legends swapped the stage to handle calls for clothing retailer The White Stuff at their contact centre based in Leicester.

Martin Kemp, Sinitta and Toyah Willcox, known for their huge 80s hits, headed to High Street clothing store The White Stuff to launch their Rewind ’85 collection and the re-launch of their order by phone service.

Speaking about the relaunch, Jo Jenkins, the CEO of The White Stuff said:

“We have always been about community, creativity, and a bit of fun.”

“Our customers have been asking us to bring back some of our original designs, so what better way to celebrate our 40th birthday than with a collection inspired by our roots? And, of course, we had to go all in by reviving the 80s hotline shopping experience. It’s not every day we set to work three of the era’s biggest icons in our call centre!”

We make clothes for everyone – But that don’t look like everyone else’s. Pretty dresses with practical pockets. Cosy knitwear in vibrant colours. Ageless styles for women, men and kids.

We design all our prints in-house, inspired by everything from fine art to architecture. We love natural materials like cotton, wool and linen (especially when they’re responsibly sourced). We keep an eye on trends but we don’t just follow fashion. We want our stuff to be worn season after season. And we think it’s good to stand out from the crowd.
