Scottish Gas create 230 jobs to cope with increased Winter volumes







Scottish Gas has created 230 new jobs across its contact centres to cope with the increased volume of calls expected during the Winter period.

“Every winter we increase the number of people in our contact centre teams and they are also ready to help customers who may be calling us with problems.”
