Sabio Group Expands Women in Tech Community Globally

The digital customer experience (CX) technology specialist extends successful UK initiative across entire Group ahead of International Women’s Day.

Sabio Group, the digital customer experience (CX) transformation services specialist, has today announced the global expansion of its Women in Tech (WiT) community, extending a successful UK initiative to all colleagues worldwide.

The announcement coincides with International Women’s Day on Saturday, 8th March, highlighting the company’s commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within a traditionally male-dominated technology sector.

Sabio’s WiT community has already made significant strides in the UK, hosting impactful sessions on confidence building, leadership, mindfulness, and career resilience. The community creates a space for connection, learning, and support for women across the business while remaining open to all colleagues who share a passion for gender equality.

Lucy Seymour, Sabio’s Senior Executive Assistant and a leading voice in Sabio’s WiT community, said:

“What began as a UK initiative has blossomed into something truly special – a place where colleagues can connect, grow, and thrive together.I’m absolutely thrilled to see our Women in Tech community extend its reach across the entire Sabio Group.

“This expansion means that every person at Sabio, regardless of gender or location, will have access to the same opportunities for mentorship, skill development, and community support.

“We’re aiming to create a global network that empowers all colleagues to advance their careers, challenge stereotypes, and reshape the technology landscape.”

Andy Roberts, Sabio’s Chief Executive Officer, added:

“The tech industry has historically been male-dominated, creating barriers that have limited opportunities for talented women.

“By expanding our Women in Tech community globally, Sabio is taking concrete action to address this imbalance while advancing our own diversity mission and ambition.

“As an expert services partner for our customers, we firmly believe that diverse teams drive innovation, enhance problem-solving, and deliver better results for our clients. This expansion is not just about supporting our female colleagues — it’s about ensuring their skills are recognised, their voices are heard, and their contributions are valued across our entire organisation and the wider industry.”

The expanded WiT community will continue to organise monthly sessions featuring inspirational guest speakers, peer-led discussions, and networking opportunities.

Past events have included talks from industry leaders such as Vicky Nisbet, Salesforce SVP, who shared insights on confidence and leadership, as well as complementary sessions on mindset optimisation, resilience and women in business.

The initiative supports Sabio’s broader commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive. By fostering a supportive community for women in technology roles, Sabio aims to contribute to addressing the gender gap in the tech industry and inspire the next generation of female tech professionals.
