At this time of year we would have normally got our cartoonist to have designed our Christmas cards, spent money on having them printed, spent money on postage stamps and spent a whole morning stuffing envelopes and placing stamps in the top right hand corner.
This year we have decided against this.
People who attended the recently held European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) would have noted that PAPYRUS was the chosen charity for the event.
