Here’s just some of the categories:

Contact Centre Excellence – NEW

Nominees will need to be a current CCMA Accredited Contact Centre. These organisations are automatically considered, and the organisation with the highest score will be recognised at the Awards Night.

Most Effective Way of Working

We’re looking for organisations that have found a way of working that benefits both their colleagues and the business – this could be through flexible or hybrid working models. The impact on customer experience, along with improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, culture and KPI’s, will also be key factors.

Giving Something Back

Have you delivered activities over the past year supporting your Corporate Social Responsibility strategy? This could include helping local communities, supporting charities or promoting sustainability. You should be able to show the impact on both the beneficiaries and their colleagues, customers and overall brand.

Organised by the CCMA, the UK National Contact Centre Awards (UKNCCA) are in their 30th year. They are the most respected awards programme in the UK contact centre industry.

The robustness of the judging process means that not only do the right individuals, teams and organisations win, but the process gives so much back to those that enter. From simply being told you’re being nominated into these prestigious awards, through to the reflection needed to put together the nomination form, to the learning and development opportunity when meeting the judges.
