Contact-centres.com is based just outside the University City of Cambridge and was established in September 1999. Originally launched as a print publication, the platform transitioned to a fully digital format in May 2002 under the strapline “everything contact centres.”
Our experience across both print and online publishing demonstrated that the most effective way to deliver timely, relevant industry news to our audience was through a dedicated digital presence. As a result, we made the strategic decision to operate exclusively via our website.
Through this approach, we remain committed to providing the latest news, insights, and developments from across the contact centre industry. This is supported by a well-established network of industry contacts, as well as strong relationships with PR and marketing agencies.
