Newcastle contact centre Echo-U have announced 200 Jobs in the lead-up to Christmas as the outsourcer gears up for a surge in demand.
The quayside-based contact centre is looking for candidates to fill full-time and part-time customer service advisor roles to work on behalf of its award-winning courier client, DPD.
The new seasonal recruits will be supporting the company in its peak season when the number of parcels delivered will significantly increase throughout the UK.
Successful candidates will work across all customer contact departments and will be responsible for managing customer enquiries over the phone, email, app and social media channels.
The flexible roles are ideal for those looking to boost their income in the run up to Christmas or for anyone interested in returning to work as comprehensive training is provided by Echo-U’s customer service experts in a professional environment.
