The new roles are being created in the sales team selling the Staysure insurance services.

The company says it has a high staff retention rate and offers good opportunities for career progression, as well as an attractive package which includes a competitive salary and benefits.

Lindsey Howsam, Staysure’s operations director, said: “A significant part of our success story is our people. We enjoy strong staff retention and we always look to promote from within the business.

“While sales experience is extremely useful, more importantly, we’d like to meet people who are eager to learn and are excited to work in a fast paced environment with determination to meet and exceed targets.

“As part of the Sunday Times ‘One to Watch’ Best Companies, we have an extensive benefits package – staff tell us they always feel looked after at Staysure.”

Staysure’s staff benefits package includes holiday entitlement from 23 days plus bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme and private medical insurance, including Virgin Gym membership.
