Why enter the awards (if you haven’t yet)?
Nominating an individual, team or organisation for a UK National Contact Centre Award is a huge compliment. It tells those people that you value their achievements enough to put them into competition with the best in the industry.
Given the judging process which follows, it is also a great way to get them to focus on what they do well – and what they could maybe still improve. It also allows you to assess the strength of your entry against others in your category, some of which may even be competitors.
