About the Role

Great opportunity for an experienced contact centre trainer to join the people and development team in a regulated business. Working in a customer focused call centre environment this role will be to design, develop and deliver training programmes across the business to include technical and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

Design training modules, duration to last anything from one hour to one day
Deliver face to face and online training modules
Assess the current modules to ensure the content is correct and up to date in line with the current guidelines
Ensure all learning aids and materials are up to date, to include the handbooks
Develop online learning material which can be used by the staff to continue their self learning
Use Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative
Communicate across the business to ensure all business areas are up to date

Required Skills and Experience:

It is essential that you have worked as a trainer in a call centre environment
Proven ability of designing and developing training modules
Proven experience of using Articulate Storyline
Proven experience of using Accelerated Learning principals and techniques
It would desirable to have experience of working in a regulated environment
Excellent communication skills with an ability to work across a business
