On his success, Iain Gibson (Pictured 2nd Left) said, “I’m absolutely delighted to be awarded Contact Centre Manager of the Year. It’s a highly regarded award and I was certainly amongst good company.

“Realising exceptional customer experience is always my ultimate goal and I can only make it a reality by understanding my clients’ objectives and setting my team up for successful delivery.

“I’d like to congratulate all of this year’s award winners (who a bit like me) might still be a little star struck from meeting the remarkable Martin Kemp. I’d also like to thank the CCMA for such a successful event and Parseq for providing me with this opportunity.”
