Parseq are an outsourcer with over 2,000 employees working across five UK sites. They provide a multi-channel service offering to leading banks, utilities, telecoms, insurance and local authority organisations.
The team at Parseq, like most outsourced organisations, work in a very commercial and fast moving environment.
At this best practice visit they will share with you their approach to managing the change agenda and how it’s enabled them to balance the needs of their clients, customers and employees.
The host for our visit will be Iain Gibson who was awarded the title of Contact Centre Manager of the Year – Outsourcing, at the 2017 UK National Contact Centre Awards.
