Sage move Learning & Development into the digital era
NRG is proud to work in partnership with the Call Centre Management Association, CCMA to bring to you the Learning & Development Hub.
The Hub aims to encourage networking and the sharing of best practice ideas between L&D Practitioners and Training Managers from the contact centre community in the North East.
Our Q2 meeting will be held at Sage HQ at Great Park, Newcastle upon Tyne. The team at Sage will share how they are moving into the digital era with Learning & Development using e-learning, VR and green screens.
