CCMA Member Event: Automation in Contact Centres

CCMA’s first seminar of the year will focus on ‘Automation in Contact Centres’ and how our industry is learning how to use robotics and automation to work alongside people.

This half day seminar will be held in Central Manchester and will include the latest research and thinking on the topic as well as case studies from organisations that have successfully implemented automation into their contact centre operation

There will be a roundtable discussion to enable you to discuss and share thoughts on the presentations and benchmark what you are doing in your operation.

As always there will be plenty of opportunities to network and share best practice with industry colleagues.
