In this CONNECT event, we will be exploring contact centre careers and the wealth of opportunity to develop and progress in this sector.

The skills that are derived through working within the contact centre are often overlooked. Having direct access to what customers want and how they are feeling gives you incredible insight that you can use within your contact centre operation, or take to other functions in your organisation.

At this face-to-face event we will be hearing from contact centre leaders who have had incredibly successful careers working in contact centres. They will share their experiences, their career journeys and their advice for those looking to grow in their roles.

We’ll also be exploring what career pathways are possible, and the emerging and highly sought after roles. For contact centre management, you’ll hear what’s possible and get ideas for what you can offer your teams and how to develop your contact centre operation.
