Organisers of the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) have declared that they have smashed the target of 1,000 delegates at the Awards Dinner this year, and are continuing to sell tables to those that wish to join their peers in the industry.

Ann-Marie Stagg headshot.sep.2017Ann-Marie Stagg, Chair of the Judges said,

“Last year the event was a sell out, so this year we secured a larger venue so that everyone who wants to attend the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards Dinner can. Of course, we set a target of 1,000 delegates and we are delighted that we have already surpassed that,”

“Guests will be entertained throughout the evening in the fantastic Evolution venue. They will benefit from unlimited wine, beers and soft drinks all night as part of the package. After the awards have been presented there will be dancing and other activities to keep everyone entertained, as well as the opportunity to network with friends and colleagues.”

“Although most people are attending because they are shortlisted, others are attending because they want to be a part of the biggest industry party this decade.”

Contact centre and customer service professionals from across Europe will be welcomed to Evolution in Battersea Park on Tuesday 28 November 2017 for this year’s ECCCSAs. Fiona Bruce, and a surprise global celebrity guest, will be hosting the awards.
